VinylIQ is a vinyl collection assistant that helps you manage and explore your record collection. The App integrates with third-party services including Discogs and Apple Music to provide features such as:

You may create an account using email, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
VinylIQ integrates with third-party services (Discogs, Apple Music). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
Our AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated insights, recommendations, and analyses are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, including any value estimates or market information.
VinylIQ offers premium features through a subscription service. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are clearly disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store, and their terms apply to all purchases.
Record store owners may claim and manage a store profile. Store claims are subject to verification. You represent that any store information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to represent the store you claim. Core merchant tools are provided free of charge.

VinylIQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VinylIQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your vinyl collection data remains your property.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINYLIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
